Life happens, youth, ambitions, smiles, career, highs, lows, love, conflict, angst, laughs, …life happens. And then you learn to cook. ha ah.. . And then you learn to bake. It has been more than half decade, I started cooking and baking. And for the first time I have to make peanut butter at home. Not at all bad..rather bursting with brilliant flavours, beautiful gourmet.
So simple, yet something that kids and adults crave alike.
We all loved it, as a spread, in cookies and as is.
2 Cups of roasted peeled peanuts
1/8 tbsp salt
1 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 tbsp brown sugar or organic jaggery
Method – Mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Process till it becomes creamy and shiny. You may make it smooth paste like or grainy as per your preference.
Save it in a airtight jar. When refrigerated, it would keep well for a month.
