Summer in Indian is welcomed mostly because of the magnificent fruits and vegetables it comes along with. And the king mango is the beloved.
As we don’t really spend a day in kitchen without mangoes, I try tp note down, most of the mango preparations that takes place in my kitchen. a profound memory for when I look back a couple of years later and a good way to save all those stuffs that we enjoyed in pictorial diary.

So with great pleasure I would put in all those mango recipes: rasayanam, Amrakhand, Aam Panna, Raw Mango rice…. so on. And I hope I can do all those in this mango season and also blog it.
